This is just North of Oakville GO Station and will be replacing 3 suburban style buildings. There will be a total of 552 units with 570 parking spaces, mostly underground although there will be 75 spaces in the interior of the site. There will also be a 3 storey podium with retail and office uses, for a total of 75,350 sf of retail/commercial space. The proposed FSI is 6.5.
The shorter buildings will be along Cross Avenue, with the taller ones behind.
20s tower will have 212 units
16s tower will have 150 units
12s tower will have 110 units
8s tower will have 80 units
