Completely agreed, and I made the comment earlier. That 4 story building is pretty terrible. I think many are cutting it slack given the main building, but if it went up as a standalone development I think most wouldn't be happy.
I do admit it looks like a completely unrelated building so there's that.

Walked by with a friend who studied architecture but has moved on in life. he was surprised when I told them the low rise building was part of the same development. best way to cheap out a building—make the cheap parts look like a different complex altogether!

The low rise matches the section around the heritage facade where the main curtain wall sweeps back.. I feel like it’ll all come together nicely when it’s done.
