The best thing about this building might be that Domino’s is next door. Other than that, it leaves a lot to be desired. I guess I’m a perfectionist but I’m bothered by the mismatched colouring of the brick panels on the podium and how it appears like a lego project that doesn’t fit together properly, including some broken pieces that should be replaced.

Not a good look for Alterra, IMO. I would have expected this from a lesser builder.

I don't hold out much hope for this end of Sherbourne,. Even with new buildings and a re-do of the public realm it looks terrible.
