It looks like your standard window wall. Lot of mullion however, with full height panes of glass and a good job matching the spandrel at the floor slab to the vision glass.
We actually did a much different window wall system than is typical. We have no spandrel on this building. What you're seeing on the slab edge is a shadow box design. It's actually the same glass as the rest of the window (which is why as you mentioned, it matches so well). As a result, we'll have a much cleaner look when the building is complete.

On another note, we've also just installed the first few panes of the red fritted glass higher up the building (level 11) on the south face. Looks much better. The old vensiva panes will be replaced in the coming weeks.

Looks like a generally decent condo building. I'll have to check it out in person sometime first. But otherwise, this should get a passing grade IMO.
