153 Wilson Street West: an under-construction 4-storey condo building designed by KNYMH for Starward Homes & Effort Group on the north side of Wilson Street West, west of Durham Drive and east of Seminole Road in the Parkview Heights area of Ancaster, Hamilton.

Remembering this lot to once have been rife with weeds, I am pleased that, at the least, a 3-4 story structure now stands there. This project took a long time, but not because of any bureaucratic delays or lax construction ethos. This sucker has subterranean parking, which means that there is more space devoted to the actual living area and landscaping rather than surface parking. I am not disappointed in this condo complex at all. Something can always be designed more beautifully, or aesthetically pleasing, this is true, but there are plenty uglier buildings from the past and present that make one's constitution falter...
 
I agree. Not the prettiest, but not the worst, especially given it's relative location. Wouldn't be the worst thing to see some more similar projects go up in the burbs (especially if they include underground parking).
