Old adage on UT - never trust the rendering on its own. It's window wall, so it could be anything from aA level of decent to G+C level of horrendous. Kind of too early to tell given the developer is relatively new and doesn't have a clear track record to go by - though the key people seem to have overseen a number of ok projects. We shall see.

I am painfully aware of that. 😿

Nice to see some colour. Here's hoping the sloped crown doesn't become a thing. The wavy balcony bit was looking like it was going to be overdone, but that appears to have cooled down. The render has appeal, but we all know how
renders go. Cumberland square as an example.

the 75 degree angular plane is going to make most designs along Yonge Street seem the "same". It's really an insanely silly policy.
OK, the "75-degree angular plane requirement for tall buildings close to Yonge Street" has to be a recent change, right..?

Anyone have any details on WHEN, HOW & WHY that policy was enacted by Council..?

The slopes from the REQUIRED Angular-Planes all look like Future sites of “Icy-Sheets from new Condo close downtown streets” news stories...

Google OPA 183 and it will tell you everything you need to know. It dates from 2016 IIRC so not super new any more.

Apart from the decorative cladding, the slope looks to be made up of terraced balconies from the diagrams. So I'm not sure that will be nearly as an issue as a full on slope.
