Not to be outdone by @innsertnamehere time for a slew of KW development updates.

Starting with the most recent proposal 15 Cedar which is being done by Vive who have an extensive and rapidly expanding portfolio in the region.

This is literally the extent of the info so far

A Holding Provision has been lifted to facilitate the development of the property which is now being proposed as a 3-storey residential building with 10 units. The proponent is now Nimbell Holdings.

Didnt even realize it was brick in the front, the renders made it look much to dark. Waiting for the finished product, but clearly it will fit into the neighborhood really well
 
This may be one of the worst buildings built in recent history. The most recent rendering with the yellow accents was nice. It looks like a shipping container right now so really hoping that they add some colour or nice finishes of some sort because as of right now it is actually atrocious. The windows are tiny as well. It really ruined the corner.
