Toronto The Clair | 128.01m | 34s | Great Gulf | Hariri Pontarini

Phew, thanks! Just wanted to make sure that I hadn't missed something. These are going to be fairly high floors: this building is going luxury.

Update:
First proposed in December 2014, Terracap's bold proposal 42-storey residential tower at 1421 Yonge St met with pushback from neighbours and the City. With concerns over height and density, the 420-unit, 441-foot-tall mixed-use condo was quickly refused in 2015. Following the purchase of more property, changes to the proposal, and two appeals to the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB), a settlement has been reached between the proponents and the City. Now a joint venture with Great Gulf and with a new design by Hariri Pontarini Architects (HPA), the development has received rezoning and Official Plan Amendment (OPA) approvals.

This is really beautiful and even more so in contrast to the previous design (sorry Wallman, but that design was near terrible). With this being a luxury building, here's hoping that there is little to no cheapening.

Anyone know what's going on with the two separate residential elevator cores and two separate residential lobbies? The rental replacement units seem to be serviced off of the main elevator bank, but there is a second set of elevators that have a lobby opening into the second level retail unit ground floor entrance, that only services the podium levels (which appear to be also serviced by the main residential core).. It makes no sense to me.
