They have a lot of work to do in that area, including a new subway station; they will deliver the new at-grade Progress/McCowan intersection (traffic lights, and reinstatement of Progress west of McCowan), but last I heard, that was due Q4 2027, So I wouldn't anticipated any finishing streetscapes anytime soon, unless the schedule has been upended.
Progress east of McCowan is not scheduled reopen until 2030'ish.
