"Demolish the existing 4-storey brick apartment building in order to redevelop the subject lands with an 8-storey apartment building with 112 units (gross floor area of 6,996 sq. m.); below grade parking. The proposed vehicular access would be provided by a private driveway off of Kingston Road along the eastern building facade with loading access contemplated at the rear of the building."

So, double the height, but 37 units to 112 an increase of 202%

Not stated above, but all new units are to be purpose-built rental as well.
