You know it's expensive to live in Toronto when "affordable bachelor units" are still over $1000

View of the current apartment building on site. This project would also be mid-block between the currently under construction Terrasse Condos and the completed Hunt Club Terrace Condos.

If this doesn't end up getting called Terrazza then I'm going to be disappointed.
