131 King Street: an under construction 32-storey mixed use condo, rental and retail building designed by zedd architecture for York Developments in downtown London:

30 stories is a lot for London, and rather than laughing, even if this is not the most appealing looking proposal, we should be applauding that densification is happening outside of the GTA
 
Nice to see so much UT activity about London so far in 2023. Props to Paclo and ericmacm particularly for getting lots of data entered. Here's some progress recap for this project before today:

They're just painting over the raw concrete instead of using any prefab here?
 
It looks like this is about to open. Several hundred more residents for downtown London!


Btw London council just bumped up allowable units on sfh lots to 4.

Apparently this is ~60% full. With one other building starting occupancy this month it looks like London’s central area housing boom is continuing. At some point this has got to start making a difference on the street!
