So which STAFF "Cut and Paste" number was actually correct back in March 2021...?
 
I assume that City staff would have requested 20, and this is possibly KingSett exploiting a typo or misunderstanding.

I really want to see a good reason why in the planet we're seeing an already very dense proposal, being proposed to be jacked up in height even further.

36 Zorra is far and away the tallest in the area at 36 stories; 41 is too much for an area that's starved of virtually any kind of community amenity. That's unless KingSett (who wont build here) plan on providing a nice school/other tangible community benefit asides from cash (which we know they wont do).
