This proposal abuts both Brontë Creek and Brontë Creek Provincial Park I believe. And I thought the province had first dibs on the property to add to the park and protect the creek but I guess they rolled over and played possum. Another lost opportunity in an ignored provincial park. On the flip side this is or was an opportunity to add some lovely vertical density overlooking the valley and the park, so possible opportunity lost x 2?
