The only negative is that it highlights how primitive the brick building next to it is.

It has its funky charm, but I wouldn't shed a tear if it were replaced with something grander.

Feels a little flat despite the quality precast- I wish the window mullions were a bit darker like in the renderings- or like its neighbour's.

Hopefully once interior blinds and lighting goes up, everything will come together.

This is about 90% of the way to being fantastic. Just a few details throw it off: most of all, the visible seams between precast panels.

Yes. Very disappointing. "Meh" is what I'd use to describe this.

Agreed. This had potential to look contemporary Euro chic with the clean lines rounding to a curved corner. Now this just ends up looking like it belongs in Burlington.

Does anyone know what happens to the construction staging area timelines during Covid? This site had the staging area and public street parking removal extended to April 20th 2020 but no further extension shows up on the city Agenda.
