Toronto 122 Peter | 132.79m | 40s | Kingdom | BDP Quadrangle

There was a community meeting about this tonight - and it didn't go over well - per Cllr Cressy's Twitter

Outrageous! Applicant for a tower dev't at Peter & Richmond shows up at @CityPlanTO consultation & announces they have appealed to the OMB

Fortress & Carlyle arrive at a public dev't mtg & announce they have just appealed to the OMB. Shameful & an insult to everyone in the room.

These seem a bit different from the proposed settlement but interesting nevertheless:

Yup, I definitely like how the ground levels are more urbanistically fine-grained than in other local developments.

A teleconference has been scheduled for July 18, 2017. It is the development team’s hope that through the upcoming teleconference, an OMB mediation date can be determined.

Another prehearing has been scheduled for November 1, 2017: https://www.omb.gov.on.ca/ecs/CaseDetail.aspx?n=PL161152

Updated the database file to 38 storeys and the equivalent of 122.8 m. 72 feet shorter than before. 505 sq metres per floor—quite slender. Previously 435 units, down to 246.

It will be interesting to see how this goes, especially since it's now aligning with the heights of its neighbours. I'm quite impressed with the development of the podium and streetscape. It's currently a cold corner on that block.
