The first phase, 74 rental units, has been in construction mode for 4 yrs - any word on move-in date? What are the plans for Phase II on the south end of the site?
Looks to be nearing completion - first phase that is. Nothing going on the rest.

I was watching them from my window last week .... a truck came in and dumped a few loads of dirt, then a guy in a Bobcat drove around the perimeter dropping piles and tamping them down all along the fence-line. Is that blue thing in the front a monitoring device or monitoring "well?"

I believe that's for monitoring groundwater.

Metrontario completed the required replacement rental apartment units phase - in the rear, folks moved back in a few months ago.
The 14-storey Metrontario floated 6 years ago closer to Sheppard frontage is dead.

Pre-merit hearing with OLT on 110 was this morning... nothing posted to the case system yet, though.
