They boarded up the entrances to the Gehry house at 15 Beverley St. today. I'm guessing things should start rolling soon.
 
12 Degrees Construction ?

i was wondering if there is any updates on when the construction is going to begin? Or if they are even going to build it?

I walked by yesterday and the old house is boarded up. I don't know how recent that is however.
 
Its been like that since the spring and they said occupancy is next year…….
 
I checked their website and it looks like there are 22 units available, that includes 5 townhomes. That means they've sold about 75% of the total. Surely that's enough to get started.
 
Last week they had crews on site that chopped down a few more trees, so I'm guessing it's getting close.

I tried calling and i tried Emailing them but no response

Does anyone know what is going on with this condo?
 
They started tearing things down a few days ago, beginning with the sheds/buildings along the back and side alleys. At this pace, they'll probably demolish the houses along Beverley St. next week.

Other than the 4 north buildings, no lost seeing those buildings coming down for this project.
