Now this is interesting, and fits. Hicks appears in a number of potential developments within the Oakville area. Let’s see where this goes. There is certainly demand for upscale residential in the area. And a lot of opportunity for this scale of building.

A little coffee shop or bistro would fit so well on the ground floor there. Looks super Parisian but modern too.

There are a couple in the area currently, plus a lovely French Bakery’s just across the river, and some of the best cinnamon raisin buns very close at Croissant Express…..but the lure of a good Cappuccino on sunny morning can often alter one’s schedule.
