Hmm, a little better perhaps? Developers really need to inject a little colour though, so many dreary proposals. Here's a fibre cement-clad building that's along these lines, but simply the injection of that bronze-coppery colour makes a world of difference.

I love this new version, but it will very much come down to the cladding. I hope it has good texture like in the render above and doesn't get downgraded to cheap panels.

8 full years, as noted by @DavidCapizzano and we're back to a colourless, drab, penal facility.
Not that this one has ever had a good looking incarnation, but for a brief while, it looked like maybe they had a realization that some non-grey somewhere was desirable.
Realization quashed, and colourless it shall be.........
