IT doesn't look too bad to me. However, I would prefer floor to ceiling windows. Not that impressive in my opinion. Developers in this area often rely on the address to sell, while delivering subpar products. I’ve viewed a few units in 8 Cumberland, and the workmanship is shockingly poor—honestly, below preschool standards. The quality of materials used is equally disappointing, practically non-existent.
Which floor now? What’s the occupancy date ?We look, and we don’t judge—well, not too much but I have to say, whoever chose these color selections didn’t do the best job, in my opinion. Good luck keeping those floors clean! And wow, is that washer and dryer part of what’s supposed to be a luxury unit? The interior and closet doors give off a low-budget starter home vibe—not necessarily a bad thing, but let’s call it what it is. On the bright side, the exterior of the building is sleek AF, and I really like it!
I despise those half glass panels in the shower that make it impossible to adjust the water before getting in. The controls should be on the opposite end.We look, and we don’t judge—well, not too much but I have to say, whoever chose these color selections didn’t do the best job, in my opinion.
