What an absolute mess.

Yeah it looks a little busy having bright window trim. Tone down the window trim to a black or dark tone colour. Should make the facade look less busy and more rich looking in my opinion.

Not sure I agree with the latest posts on this one. I kind of like the busy look of it and feel this is he type of project that has to be completed before a true assessment kind be made.

I still like it, even though the balconies, etc. are making it look busier.
I like it better than 88 Queen (which also have vertical banding), despite the busier look.
