I agree this is a perfect example of the 'missing middle' that many of us would be happy to see sporting up all over.
I'm also hoping that the investor driven' high'towers are going the way of the dodo bird.
I do love tall towers but we can do better.

Hopefully they paint the bottom of those balconies - white looks a lot better than bare concrete imo.
