Working on floor 4 here based on my view when I bicycled past tonight. This one is flying up. Wouldn't be surprised to see it done by spring at the latest.

I wasn't able to get a photo, but the forms for the fifth floor walls were up yesterday.

Floor forms for the 6th and final floor are in place with concrete being dropped off. I wouldn't be surprised if this is topped off in a couple weeks.

Not a great photo, but looks like the forms are up for the roof of the 6th floor so this will likely be considered topped out this week or next

Looks like some window frames are in with a bit of exterior protection going up. Likey to see glass here soon.

Windows are already in on the first floor. Looking good. So far so good with the finishings. No spandrel glass yet

That looks like some surprisingly expensive glass on the side of the building.. Hopefully it means good things in terms of cladding here.
