The review of this proposal include consideration of the following public realm projects and that the final report on the application include recommendations on how they will be integrated into the design of and advanced by the proposed development:

a) a fully integrated connection,in conjunction with the current 30% Preliminary Design and Engineering project for the Queens Quay and Bay LRT station,to be evaluatedin consultationwiththe Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) and Waterfront Toronto;
b)enhancements to the local and regional parks system, including the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal,in consultation with Parks, Forestry and Recreation.

4. The evaluation of the proposal be consistent with the Mayor and Council's Urban Design Initiative for City-owned land aimed at achieving design excellence.

Proposed transaction approval pathway:-
CTO Board –March 8
GGLC Committee –March 29
April 7 –City Council

Following CC approval, parties will negotiate binding lease terms. QuadReal will commence marketing of the office project in order to attract anchor tenant(s)

No, it has nothing to do with mapping. GIS in this case refers to Google Image Search, not Geographic Information Systems.

The purpose of the meeting will be to review the 11 Bay Street development proposal. Representatives from the Councillor's Office, City Planning, CreateTO, Economic Development, and Waterfront Toronto, in addition to the Proponent Team will be in attendance to answer any questions.
 
Further reports on this to the next Board Meeting of CreateTo on March 8th.


The reports contain due diligence information on the impacts of Covid19 on convention business and other similar examinations to ensure this proposal makes sense for the City.
