I don't know what these are, but some kind of paneling has been installed on the south side. It doesn't look to me like final panels though:

Looks like the wind wreaked havoc on the exterior sheathing over the insulation (and likely some of the insulation too as it's just held on by compression fit):

I requested a tour of this building during construction. Seems like it may very well happen, guess it never hurts to ask any questions I should ask from a construction, sustainability or operating cost perspective from anyone who knows about this kind of stuff?

More panelling going up. Fun fact, these panels are fibreglass, not metal. To reduce temperature transmission and keep costs lower.

I don't think it's that bad, but I would have appreciated something more similar to the new similar building on James St with some brick or other colours. Flat black for the entire building is a bit bland. There is some greyish/white on the front which I look forward to, but I would have liked to see something a bit more colourful.
