It might be, there are units for sale already on Realtor with pictures inside the units. The hallways look so ugly imo.

Wow. To use an old trope, but accurately, this is what people who know nothing about design and aesthetics think that people who know design and aesthetics think is good.
 
I'll actually take drop ceiling over this.. and for the love of god put some warm colors in this - we don't live in a monochrome world..

also those look like keyfob activated doors.. what happens if your keyfob doesn't work..

..there is nothing about this building I like.
 
There's a reason why they don't bolt the railings to both the balcony and the walls. As the building flexes and moves it would cause the material to crack.

all you need to do is cement it to a rubber or foam padding to allow for flex expansion and contraction - but yeah you raise a valid point.

That balcony feels more like a prison than anything.
