This condo, in addition to the McMaster Graduate Residence, has me excited (finally) about the future of Hamilton residential buildings.

lol hamilton needs to change its term "architecture" to "boxitecture" - since we never seem to use arches anymore lol..

also what's up with that cut line doing down the front of the brick? Looks like the brick was intentionally placed that way so they formed a line all the way down.. it's a tad odd though..

also since I'm new here - originally from skyscraperpage - I tend to be rather critical of aesthetics - you'll get used to it lol. Core urban is my god
