From this POV, the difference in the floor plates sizes between the Ãce towers and the neighbouring office towers is pretty amazing. Combined with the difference in the floor heights, it suggests to the casual observer that Ãce is built for hobbits, or other races of small folk. Drive by Ãce on the Gardiner or walk by at street level, and they look anything but small.

Easy to get lost. all the hallways looked alike.
they all seemed to lead to nowhere.

I walked up 52 flights of stairs 20 minutes after
giving blood. why? i have no idea. i wanted to see the
top of the building and thought the staircase would lead
me there. since the elevators had security guards on them.
however, the staircase stopped at the 52 floor....note to
everyone reading this. don't walk up 52 flights of stairs 20
minutes after giving blood. you'll feel like you'll pass out.
