These towers are going to dominate, and to think that even the shorter office component will be over 500 feet as well- extending the FD down towards the lake. I'm guessing that it will be connected to MLS via a tunnel..? Great update pics.

a while back, there was a plan for a phase 3 i believe (if that's the one you're referring to). though not sure what will happen to the lot in the future.

plenty of lots just south of/touching the gardner that need to go. (45 bay street is one of the big ones just north).

the areas south of the railway tracks is basically a brand new city in the making....
it's a canvas on which developers will be painting green coloured condos.

They are being done at the same time. They are separate developments with different developers. I'm guessing Infinity will be done sooner than ICE, it seems to be well ahead already.
