I'm intrigued by this recent TipTop unit listed. It's price per square foot is fairly low, especially for a loft. Do you think this is a good deal?

The price is not low, that is the market price for that building, aprox $475 psf without parking. It's not a good deal, just the market price for that building, Tip Top is a great building, but the location is not too good

that listing had been posted in the fall of last year if I remember correctly. it was then listed on MLS shortly thereafter.

That suite was actually sold in December. There are a couple of other silmilar sized suites available in there, but they don't have parking.
