How much were they charging for one bedrooms now? at 17 theres no way that there would be view long terms with the ontario line station coming up at Sherbourne and Queen.

Would you mind to help me to check and tell me if the south view from 34th floor will be obstructed or not (cuz I see the height of 34th floor is about 102.75m and of the north building (time & space) is about 101.80m)? You should have a view of the lake. I looks like you'll clear Time & Space by a few metres, however, my model isn't perfect. Your actual view may be a little bit different.

Hi friends, does anyone have an idea of the approx. closing date for this building? Is it December 2025 as per the updated timeline from the Nov 3, 2023 post on this forum? Many thanks in advance : ).
