What's the future for Condos like in Barrie? It's mostly a low-rise city.
Seems like an interesting opportunity for investment nonetheless - seeing how this is in downtown and close to waterfront.

A large part of that problem also has to do with what little supply there is being in the north end close to Georgian College. So you have demand from students on top of the usual demand from residents. The south end meanwhile has basically nothingthere is a huge shortage of apartments in Barrie right now actually, to the point that rents are among the highest in the country. Barrie's problem is that it has largely failed to build more apartments as it grew.
