I just bought a unit in this development two weeks ago. Just happened to be walking by and stopped in to the open house. I used to live on Earl Street a few years ago and remember seeing this place get started. Yeah, the exterior isn't as nice as it could be, but the layouts of the units are fantastic. While i was looking around i went into some of the larger unit,2/3 bedroom, rooftop terraces, fireplaces, incredible. My unit is just over 560sqft and it was the best price i'd seen in quite a few years for downtown Toronto. Move in day next week, i'm excited even if lots of you aren't!
