I received a comm from the Builder and the interim occupancy for low units isaround end of June.

Hi, this is my first time purchasing a pre-construction condo. Do you have experience with when we need to prepare for the mortgage?

Closing date is different from occupancy date. There may be a period where you pay the builder “rent” while the unit is occupied but title cannot be transferred.
