Teston Road

Does anybody know the current status of the project to connect Teston between Keele and Dufferin, and the HWY 400 interchange?

This is the only piece of info I can find about it, and google maps, well its turning out to more and more out of date.

The interchange at Hwy. 400 is under construction.

I don't know if there is any plan at all to connect the road between Keele Street and Dufferin Street. I note that it would run through the former landfill site, which might pose a problem. It's a regional road, maybe the Region of York would have info?
