St. Monica's Elementary (TCDSB, ?s, ?)

Starting a thread for this school redevelopment at 14 Broadway, just north of Yonge/Eglinton.

The project is approved/funded; in principle, but is currently undergoing further refinement.

No application in yet. But completion is nominally targeted for 2027, which would certainly require moving ahead sooner rather than later.
