Interesting, for sure. So St Mikes owns the lot on the corner of Bond and Dundas? No wonder its sat undeveloped for so long.. Hope it moves forward quickly.

They should build a bigger and grander stone cathedral in the Gothic or Baroque style--one to rival the large metropolitan cities of the continent.
And for what purpose considering congregations continue to decline? They can barely maintain what they currently have. Hence the condo.
