I love spring.
I took two angles from where I live and documented how quickly the city goes from blah to green once the leaves begin to come out on trees and grass begins to grow. One more update should complete this next Monday.

Ah Jarvis and Wellesley, my old stomping grounds (briefly). I lived at Sherbourne and Wellesley for about 5 months when I first moved to Toronto. It was quite the shock to a small-town guy, with the transvestite prostitutes and all.

Same thing happened to me! Amazing how quickly you get used to it though.
I've noticed this area where the photos are have much less "activity" in the past year or so. Probably due to the recent developments in the area and the high bike traffic you can now see on Wellesley with the new bike lane.

A great neighourhood.. funny thing, Jarvis Collegiate is about the same vintage as North Toronto Collegiate, but they aren't knocking it down, no?
