specific bay street area condos - do you have any opinions?

[Monaco]

A friend is looking at living in the bay street corridor area. I'm not really familiar with the reputations of most of the condos she asked about in this area:

The Met/Encore: connected to subway
The Liberties
Murano
Minto on Elm St
One City Hall (on Elizabeth St)
Horizon on Bay (at 633 Bay St)
The Royalton (at 801 Bay St)


If any of the buildings have any excellent features or serious issues that a potential resident should consider, please share!

One City Hall is amazing..

- Great suite layouts;
- Excellent amenities (including 24/hr concierge, rooftop terrace, third floor terrace, two gyms, best party room, 4 guest suites, indoor pool/steam/sauna....etc..)
- Great location, between both n/s subway lines
- ....etc...
