Shorting the Canadian RE Market

I'd like to short single family residential somehow, but the REITs and ETFs like XRE are portfolios of apartment buildings and commercial properties. There was an online discussion with David Rosenberg yesterday, and he addressed shorting the housing market. Here is the link:

Is XRE just residential real estate or is there commercial real estate lumped in there as well?

XRE is made up of many different REITs. There is a lot of commercial and residential. You can go to the iShares website for more info on the holdings in the fund.
