Hey everyone. I was wondering if anybody had any knowledge about the legal issues surrounding s. 37, development agreements, and bonus zoning.
I'm writing a paper for a planning law class, and have chosen to focus my paper on s. 37 and, more specifically, its fundamental purpose and how well it has achieved that purpose.
I know that UT has a fairly large reservoir of knowledge and experience about land use planning, so I'd appreciate any advice.
