Is it legal to rent out a condo that is in occupancy state but not registered. If there were a claim through tenant insurance they may argue that the rental arrangement is not legal.

It's legal as long as the future owner has written permission from the developer.

Technically the developer is kind of renting to the owner during the occupancy period.

Ya I would check that out before renting it out. One would think you'd need to be registered before renting to the public for insurance reasons?
