Let's not re-open the discussions about Redpath. Many (including me) feel it provides useful employment and 'was there first', others want parkland or residential or ????? It will not move for decades.

Without industry we have no jobs. Without jobs we have nobody to buy real estate. Without real estate we have no need for cultural centres. Therefore keep the jobs and industry we have.

Unpopular opinion but the only reason that Redpath hasn’t moved yet is that the correct price hasn’t been offered yet.

Sure, but that could be said about absolutely any buidling/property/piece of real estate.
Heck I'd sell my own home (which I'm perfectly happy in) for the 'right price'.
