Does anyone know of any Ontario Gov't Housing programs whereby investors can obtain $$ from the gov't to purchase units for rental?
Or, if there are any threads already existing regarding this topic, can someone point me in that direction?

There are government programs to help you renovate and retrofit for affordable rentals, but nothing that will give you money to purchase, though there are government backed programs that allow you to put a low downpayment (min. 5%).
