I'm pretty sure it falls within the HCD, so nothing tall will go there.
 
Queen West is looking less shabby with a lot of new businesses! Taken 28 June.

Just a few random shots from 13 July. The first is a commercial building being renovated into apartments and is quite deep so many units.

Is it just me, or retail picking back up in this stretch (I'm mainly referring to WQW) more of the vacant restaurants/stores seem to be getting new leases. It's not like the hay day ~10+ years ago but curious if others see the same ? I think the east part closer to the core is still struggling more but even then some improvements (this tended to be less restaurants and more fashion stores).
