I love this Mercedes. It is from the era when Mercedes-Benz stood out from all the rest of the cars, foreign and domestic. Today, M-B is no more special than a Hyundai.

I saw this car last week on Parliament parked outside the new Moroccan restaurant "Rayah" at 507 Parliament. I wonder if it is connected to the Restaurant. Inside, the restaurant has vintage motorbikes and scooters from the same era. Stunning interior. This is the type of taxicab that would have been popular in places like Morocco in the '80s, and of course throughout Europe and the Middle East.
