I have until March 28th to decide if I want to keep the condo unit in Avanti by Torbel on Sheppard Ave W. I'm looking to hear from you who have past dealings with this builder and if you could tell me about their closing lead time, maintenance cost increases, after sale support and even materials used in your units. I'm a realist and know that there is no such thing as a 'no errors' developer.

Enrico, I've recently come upon this project myself, I'm curious what you ultimately went with in regards to Avanti?

I noticed there isn't much talk (good or bad) regarding Torbel on UT.
