The whole thing just screams "America!" to me. First--build 55-room Spanish mansion in area with no Spanish heritage! Wait 80 years-- Demolish for house of identical size and even more dubious style! Because you don't like the air conditioning system! In the middle of a recession when people are losing their homes left and right!
