A celebration with several markets, live music, food specials and activities is coming to Toronto’s Parkdale neighbourhood for one day only this weekend.

This Saturday, March 28th is Parkdale Day, celebrating the anniversary of the neighbourhood’s annexation to the City of Toronto in 1889.
“Bring your friends and family to enjoy awesome activities, great vibes, and a lively community spirit,” said Project Parkdale, organizers of the celebration.
“It’s the perfect chance to explore, hang out, and make new memories.”
Running from 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., the community-led celebration will take place across Parkdale, including on Queen Street West between Dufferin Street and Roncesvalles Avenue.
