I would assume that the New Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport sheduled to open next month is considered a hotel.

Well, It's up to the property owners/developer on whether they want to build a hotel. I imagine most condo builders aren't interested in hotel ownership either.

Which Tower/floor are you in/on? I'm on the 10th floor in the west tower; I received a confirmed occupancy date of early April, 2010 yesterday.

New construction photos on Park Lake's website for February 2009. Nice to see how they're keeping us up to date. My personal occupancy is scheduled for the second week of April (2010 of course), but I'm being realistic that it will likely be further delayed.

Just seen the site yesterday evening and they're progressing pretty quickly
on the west tower. If I'm not mistaken, they're commencing on the 8th floor.
The east tower will clearly be delayed.
